This booklet has been produced with the aim of helping the development of recommendations for growing fish in flooded rice fields. It forms part of a process to regularly revise recommendations and support farmers in fish and livestock production and in veterinary issues. The booklet will also help staff and farmers record the results of fish trials and compare them to results from other farming systems in order to find technologies for rice-fish production that are suited to their own farming systems.
