Andhra Pradesh has a strong, well qualified, committed and forward looking State Animal Husbandry Department (AHD). This report synthesises the studies and consultations undertaken by the CALPI-PPLPI-AHD initiative in support of developing a framework for effective and efficient delivery of livestock services.
