This report presents findings from the baseline data collection exercise conducted for the Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS) Adaptation Programme, which seeks to improve climate services for agriculture, food security, health and disaster risk reduction in Tanzania and Malawi. This report is based on information collected by the CGIAR research program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) responsible to support baseline data collection and monitoring and evaluation to evaluate climate services for beneficiary farmers and pastoralists of the of GFCS project.
