Food Tank is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 by Danielle Nierenberg, Bernard Pollack, and Ellen Gustafson to reform the food system. Its goal is to highlight environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable ways of alleviating hunger, obesity, and poverty.
