[IFAD] The PMI’s Financing Facility for Remittances (FFR) has launched RemitSCOPE.org – a comprehensive, free-to-use platform developed by IFAD that provides country-specific data, trends, and analysis on remittances and related topics.
RemitSCOPE brings together the latest insights on remittance flows, costs, market conditions, access, and structures, with a particular emphasis on regions and countries that benefit most from remittances. This platform is designed to support informed policymaking and strengthen remittance markets by improving access, fostering financial inclusion, advancing digitalization, and reducing transaction costs.
Over the past year, RemitSCOPE has undergone successful field testing with practitioners from both the public and private sectors. Today’s launch features portals for Africa and Latin America, with the Central Asia portal anticipated in 2025.
