Summary of Baseline Household Survey Results: Lawra-Jirapa, Ghana

Abstract

This report summarizes the results of a baseline household-level survey, led by the Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security Consortium Research Program (CCAFS), carried out in 7 villages in the Lawra-Jirapa site (Ghana )in January 2011. Baseline information was gathered about indicators of welfare, information sources, livelihood/agriculture/natural resource management strategies, needs and uses of climate and agricultural-related information and current risk management, mitigation and adaptation practices.
