Smallholder Poultry Supply Chains inthe Ha Noi Region.

Abstract

This Briefing summarizes the results of pilot surveys of poultry market
participants (chicken farmers, chick producers, commune
traders, wholesalers, slaughterhouses, and retail vendors) in
and around Ha Noi, Vietnam, which reveal a variety of salient characteristics
which are relevant to pro-poor livestock policy.
