Abstract

The main issues discussed in this report include greater climate variability which could affect pests, diseases, food production, and food prices; declining agricultural productivity in a warmer work – Africa and global; competition for water; impact on livestock; impact on fisheries; sustaining rural livelihoods in the face of climate change; and green agriculture for mitigation, adaptation, and development.
