On 12 September, join the new Executive Director of the Global Alliance for the Future of Food, Anna Lappé, for a conversation about food systems transformation and how the Alliance is helping catalyze change. Ahead of COP28 and the UN General Assembly/Climate Week, you’ll learn about the Global Alliance’s work to uplift a principles-based approach to action on food with some highlights of our work, including exploring the food-energy nexus, facilitating large-scale agroecological transitions worldwide, and spotlighting the importance of aquatic foods, among various other efforts.
Anna, who joined the Global Alliance in July, comes to the Alliance with more than two decades of experience as an advocate, author, and funder in food systems. She will lead a dynamic conversation with members of the Global Alliance and invite you to contribute your insights, questions, and ideas.
