Agroforestry and Non-Timber Forest Products are a powerful tool for healthy nutrition and diversify income sources. During our field visit in Tunisia, we learnt that cooperatives (SMSA) have the right to access NTFPs from nearby forests. That’s a great opportunity, however the administrative process to access the NTFPs is not easy and cooperatives need support. PARM is there to also facilitate the mediation between Farmers Organizations and Government entities. Have you worked with NTFPs? what was your experience in the matter? thanks
