What incentives could be proposed to small farmers to sell their products in the formal market rather than to informal markets, knowing that the formal markets require the compliance with legislation (i.e. no use of chemicals) while the informal markets trade products full of dangerous chemicals? Any experience in these matters? thank you very much!
