FAO Food Price Index up 1.4 percent in September: Global cereal harvest down, but record expected in LIFDCs

FAO (Oct. 4, 2012) | Following two months of stability, the FAO Food Price Index rose slightly in September 2012, up 1.4 percent, or 3 points, from its level in August.
