India: Over 450 tehsils in 15 Andhra districts declared drought-hit

Daily News and Analysis (November 2, 2011) | The Andhra Pradesh government today issued orders declaring 456 mandals (tehsils) in 15 districts as drought-hit in view of deficient rainfall this season.
